By confirming a booking at Love Beach (“the Property”), the Guest(s) agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
1. PRIVATE VENUE & ELIGIBILITY
Love Beach is a private, exclusive-use property designed for:
- Weddings & elopements
- Bridal showers & celebrations
- Private retreats
- Intimate group gatherings
- Family Reunions
By booking, you confirm:
- You are 25 years of age or older
- You are the responsible booking party
- Guest registry will be required.
- You accept full responsibility for all guests on the property
2. OCCUPANCY & DAY-USE
- Overnight Capacity: Maximum 8 - 10 overnight guests
- Day Guests / Events: Guest counts must be pre-approved in writing
- Unregistered guests are not permitted without prior approval
- Events exceeding approved capacity may result in immediate cancellation without refund
3. CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
- Check-in: 4:00 PM
- Check-out: 11:00 AM
- Early arrivals or late departures must be pre-approved and may be subject to fees
4. PAYMENT TERMS
- 100% deposit required to confirm booking
- Last-minute bookings (under 14 days) require 100% payment upfront
- All rates subject to HST and applicable cleaning fees ($250) per booking
5. SECURITY / DAMAGE DEPOSIT
- A $1,500 damage deposit is required
- Deposit is refunded within 5–7 business days after departure, provided:
- No damage, stains, theft, or excessive cleaning is required
- All rules are fully respected
- If damage exceeds $1500 you will be charged for the damage on your Credit card given for booking.
- The guest assumes full financial responsibility for:
- Property damage
- Furniture or linen replacement, towels, kitchenware etc.
- Excessive cleaning
- Smoking violations
- Unregistered guests
6. CANCELLATION POLICY
- No refunds- Change the date to another available time with 14 days notice.
- Weather-related cancellations are not refundable
7. NOISE, MUSIC & GOOD NEIGHBOUR POLICY
- Love Beach is located in a quiet, residential lakefront area
- Quiet time strictly enforced after 10:00 PM
- No loud outdoor music, DJs, or amplified bass without prior approval
- Any disturbance complaints may result in immediate shutdown without refund
8. SMOKING, FIRE & SAFETY
- NO SMOKING OR VAPING INDOORS
- Smoking permitted outdoors only in designated areas
- No fireworks, sky lanterns, or open flames (unless approved)
- Beach fires only where permitted and supervised
Violation of this policy will result in automatic loss of damage deposit.
9. PET POLICY
- Pets by approval only
- Unregistered pets may result in additional charges
- Guests are responsible for all pet-related damage or mess
10. SELF-SERVE VENUE & CATERING
- Love Beach operates as a self-serve venue
- Guests may:
- Use the full kitchen
- Bring in their own food & beverages
- Optional Catering Available upon request.
